Terms of Service

Rules governing the use of our industrial automation platform and the limits of liability for both parties.

Scope of service

What we provide

Armier Productions offers workflow modeling, system integration, and compliance validation for manufacturing and electrical installations. Our deliverables include configuration files, integration documentation, and code-compliance reports. We do not install physical equipment or supervise on-site work.

Client obligations

What you must do

You are responsible for providing accurate facility data, granting safe access to equipment, and obtaining all necessary permits. Any delay or omission in this information may affect project timelines and compliance outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Our liability cap

Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or third-party claims resulting from the use of our deliverables.

Intellectual property

Who owns the work

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. Armier Productions retains the right to use anonymized performance data for internal benchmarking and product improvement.

Termination

Ending the agreement

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, you pay for work completed up to that date. We will hand over all deliverables produced before termination.

Changes to terms

How we update this policy

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
